Overview
§ 402.3 (Applicability) of the Fillmore County Zoning Ordinance applies to any structure being erected, converted, enlarged, reconstructed or altered throughout Fillmore County, except for incorporated limits of cities (unless they have adopted the zoning ordinance). § 404 (Zoning Permits) is required under the terms of this ordinance.
